Structures
API Information
Overview
The LightBox Structures API provides building footprint geometry and structure-level information across the United States. Structure records represent building footprints derived from exterior building boundaries and can include attributes such as estimated building height, ground elevation, and surface elevation. Each structure is assigned a persistent LightBox Structure ID and can be connected to related parcels, addresses, assessments, and properties through LightBox IDs. Through the API, developers and analysts can retrieve structures by identifier, parcel, or spatial query and incorporate building-level information into property analysis, infrastructure planning, risk assessment, broadband and utility workflows, and geospatial applications.
Key Capabilities
